Mamma Elvira loves to make home-made desserts: plumcakes with or without chocolate, cheesecakes, Paradiso cakes, coconut biscuits, pies with jam from our orchard. Then there’s the juicer, and fresh fruit spits to dip in the chocolate fountain, croissants, honey, yogurt and cereals. If you have a soft spot for salty snacks, you must try our cold cuts and cheeses, all coming from the area, with a side of eggs and bacon; our chefs prepare fresh bread every day, to be accompanied by salmon, eggs and mushrooms. Obviously, we also tend to those with special dietary needs, and you will find a dedicated corner with gluten and dairy free products.
Before the departure of every tour you will be given a packet-lunch with ham & cheese sandwiches, bananas and energy bars.
When you come back from the excursions, you will refuel at our buffet with a variety of cold pasta, sliced salami and ham, fruit, vegetables and dessert.
You will have dinner inside in our restaurant either inside or on the summer terrace situated in the garden-pool area. Our menù changes daily but always includes 3 starters and 3 main courses with your choice of fish, meat, or vegetarian. Fresh and cooked vegetables are available at the buffet, as well as fruit and home made dessert from our chefs
